Sushi Machine Warranty & Maintenance

We offer manufacturer’s warranty for 12 months starting from the date of delivery against any manufacturing defects. For more information on warranty, please read FAQ about  After Sales Service. In case of warranty claim or maintenance service for your purchased sushi machines, please contact us by phone or via this Warranty or Service Request Form and we will response within 24 hours (including holidays) after receiving your request.

We recommend that sushi machine be serviced after every 3~5 years of use. One option, if you require urgent repair or service, is to send the machine to our Repair and Service Centre at Walter-Benjamin-Platz 5, 10629 Berlin, Germany.

Alternatively, you may register to have your machine serviced on schedule, say every 3 months, and we will come to you within 30 days from the requested date. Please ask for our quote for the cost of service and we will inform you of the details.
